🥾Harland to Bude via Sw Coastpath
Parked the car in Bude ,then took the bus to Harland .
Started hike at 10.10am ,this hike was very deceptive ,the first 9 miles were generally flat and good terrain, then things changed for the next 10 miles pretty dramatically, steep unforgiving declines and inclines ,with hundreds of nasty steps ,my aging body was taking its toll ,the inclines were in particular a struggle .
The vistas and views were not the best I've seen on the Coastpath but still some stunning views .
Had a few stops to catch my breathe ,with a 20 minute lunch break at South Hole about 8 miles into the hike and a stop for tea and cake at Morewenstow 13 miles into the hike .
After 22 long miles arrived in Bude back at the car at 7.50pm

Weather: Overcast to start ,quickly clearing to warm sunny spells with a cooling breeze .
